Jessica Santiago Rentas

Jessica Santiago Rentas brings over 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations field working in the manufacturing, safety and consulting industries. She has held various leadership positions, improving federal compliance procedures, EEO, personnel development, labor relations, and HR processes.

Dr. Santiago earned her doctorate in Philosophy, Entrepreneur and Management Development, Human Resources from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metro Campus. Jessica received her Master degree in Accounting from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metro Campus. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus.

She has broad experience in executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, talent management, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development by creating thriving organizational cultures. She has a true passion for people development, efficiency process improvement, providing guidance and support to the senior leadership within the organization.

Dr. Santiago is known within her peers as a highly regarded facilitator providing training workshops to employees, employers, businesses owners and consultants.

Jessica has served as a moderator in WIPR, Magic Radio and WKAQ radio stations discussing inday to day labor topics. In addition, she is an active member of the Society Human Resources Management Society (SHRM) having served as a Secretary and Treasury in the 2016-2017 Board of Directors Puerto Rico chapter. Dr. Santiago has been recognized by Caribbean Business as 40 under 40 2016 and Women Who Lead 2018.
